Shipping, returns, etc...

Artwork is only available to ship within the United States.

For contiguous United States, orders are shipped using USPS or UPS.

USPS & UPS ground is 3-5 business days.  If you need a faster delivery time, please contact me prior to ordering for shipping cost estimate.  I generally DO NOT ship on Fridays or the day before federal holidays.  

For rates to Alaska and Hawaii, please message me prior to ordering the artwork for those rates.

If there are overages on shipping fees, these will be refunded to you by way of your original payment method.

All artwork is considered a "final sale" item.  Prior to shipping there will be communication between the customer and myself to insure all questions regarding artwork are answered, personalization completed, a photograph of the artwork is approved by customer, etc...prior to shipping.

If there is breakage or theft of the artwork I can not issue refunds for breakage or theft.  Once an item is shipped it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier/company and the insurance they provide on an item within their care.  The customer may submit a breakage and/or theft claim with the appropriate shipping carrier used. This shipping matter is strictly between the customer and the carrier once artwork was delivered. I am not responsible for any artwork delivered to the either an incorrect address by the carrier or stolen from the address once delivered.  I will work with you on getting any additionally needed information to the carrier but the claim is your responsibility.  I will, however, offer you an option to purchase a discounted replacement artwork with shipping on a case by case basis.
